Things to do in Nuvali

Aside from Tagaytay, Nuvali is one of our favorite weekend escape if we have nothing to do at home. It is more or less 30 minutes travel time from our place via SLEX. April 3, 2010 was our first visit in Nuvali and the rest is history.

People love to go here because you can enjoy the place and it is FREE. Yes, there’s no entrance fee and no parking fee. If you haven’t been here, I’m sharing with you the things that you can do in Nuvali.

1. Fish Feeding – this is the favorite activity of my son and we will  never leave the place without buying fish feeds for P15.

2. Boating – you can also ride the water taxi for P30 per person but there is a minimum capacity of 6 persons. It is a few minutes of joy ride.

3. Dining- aside from fish feeding, we always visit Nuvali for food trip or we will just buy cakes and pastries from Contis or Purple Oven. There are so many restaurants in Solenad 1, 2 and 3 that you can visit. I will share on a separate post the different restaurants that we've already tried.

4. Biking – you can bring your own bike or you can rent a bike per hour.

5. Bazaar and Event – sometimes there are bazaars, sales or events in Nuvali.

6. Shopping – shopaholic will enjoy Nuvali because there are several outlets that you can visit and some stores are on sale too.

7. Wakeboarding – there’s Republic Wake Park in Nuvali and you don’t have to travel far to experience wakeboarding. I’m not a sporty type so I haven’t tried this activity yet.

8. Free Activity – sometimes there are free activities that you can join in Nuvali, just like this “Every Day Earth Day”. My son had fun in painting and molding clay. He was able to take home his finished project.

9. Night Sky Cinema - from time to time, Nuvali offers FREE movie screening and it is called Night Sky Cinema. You can watch three movies in one night.

10. Play Area - Kidzoona is already open in Solenad 3. My son enjoyed his ride in Skidkart Circuit

How about you? What’s your favorite activity in Nuvali?

  1. My daughter loves to look at the fish and feed them. We have not tried the water taxi yet. Maybe one day we will when we visit again. Thank you for sharing! :)
