Two weeks ago, my husband saw this Gravox Roast Chicken with Herbs Gravy in the grocery.
Hubby: Try mo.
Me: Ngek, ang mahal naman ng gravy P170, kapresyo na ng chicken.
Hubby: B1T1 naman, try lang.

So I bought it and I cooked roast chicken this week so I could try the gravy. I tried instant gravy mix before and I did not like it because it is too salty so I was really nervous at baka di rin masarap.

The gravy is in liquid form so you can just reheat it in the microwave or stove top. Well, the gravy is just ok but I will not buy this again because it is really expensive for my budget. Anyway, I prefer my roast chicken without gravy.

Yes. Bake it for 1hr and 30min at 225C. :)
Yung roast chicken recipe mo pwede rin sa turbo broiler? It's the closest thing I have to an ovem.
Sarap naman. Mas masarap talaga home made sauce than yung mga instant. Hay, gusto ko na talaga ng oven ko, even the small one lang.
Yes, turbo din gamit ng in laws ko using my recipe. I don't know lang kung paano sa turbo. :)
Buy na sis. Nagstart din ko sa maliit, parang microwave lang ang laki. Kasya din chicken dun. :)

I'm not an expert on that. I only had two oven, my first was electric which is Imarflex and now I'm using gas oven which is Elba. :)

Ay, sana talaga magka oven na ako!! Fav ko pa man din roasted chicken.. I always buy sa chooks.. Paano kung walang oven? :( and although, i tried gravox na, I still prefer my own gravy mix.. hehehe
