Six years ago, my husband stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. Fast forward to this year, and he went back for another trip. He usually stays at The Westin Jakarta, so in his mind, this felt like his first time at the JW Marriott. He was surprised when the staff greeted him with a warm “Welcome back, Sir.”
I checked my blog and, true enough, this wasn’t his first visit! During his initial trip, there were no available Deluxe Rooms, so he had no choice but to book the Governor Suite. This time, however, he stayed in a Deluxe Room. Here are some photos from his recent stay.
Extended Stay Promo Package
The JW Marriott currently offers an Extended Stay promo. For a one-week stay, these are the perks:
One-way airport transfer
20% savings on Food & Beverage (except tobacco), Spa, and Laundry Services
Three pieces of laundry per day (non-accumulative)
I’m so happy about the free daily laundry, meaning mas konti ang lalabhan ko pag-uwi niya!
Sailendra Restaurant – Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Since my husband attended an event at the hotel, he enjoyed buffet meals from breakfast all the way to dinner at Sailendra Restaurant. Super convenient when you have a full schedule and no time to dine elsewhere.
Asuka Japanese Dining
For his last night, he wanted a change of pace, so he tried Asuka Japanese Dining. Hotel guests also enjoy special menus and discounts.
Operating Hours:
• 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Early Flight = Breakfast On-the-Go
Because of his early flight back home, the hotel prepared a grab-and-go breakfast, which he ate on the way to the airport. He also used the complimentary one-way airport transfer included in the Extended Stay package.
Overall, my husband had a comfortable and convenient week at the JW Marriott Jakarta. And with the free daily laundry, I’m not complaining either, less labahan for me pag-uwi niya!
