Food Trip at The Bellevue Bohol Resort

We stayed at The Bellevue Bohol Resort for four days, and most of our meals were enjoyed at the resort. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, we had plenty of opportunities to try their menu. The only meal we had outside the resort was during our Loboc River Cruise Buffet.

On our first night, we availed of the Luau Night Buffet, which was a great way to start our stay. Unfortunately, I realized I forgot to take photos of our other dinners. Looking back, I think it was because we were already tired after a full day of exploring Bohol. Instead of having heavy meals, we usually preferred something light like bread before calling it a night. We'd rather sleep comfortably than go to bed feeling too full.

I'll be sharing our buffet breakfast in a separate post. For now, let me show you the dishes we tried during our lunches at the resort.

Although the resort has different restaurants, I noticed that they provide a combined menu, allowing guests to order dishes from both restaurants (Lamian and Marea). It gave us more options, which we really appreciated.

Lunch at The Bellevue Resort

For our third day's lunch, we ordered:

· Kalabasa Crema – PHP285
· Lechon Kawali – PHP645
· Pork Sinigang – PHP680
· Adobong Kangkong – PHP395
· Tinunuang Nokus – PHP745
· Plain Rice – PHP65

While waiting for our food, the restaurant served complimentary chips as an appetizer. They also provided each guest with a cold towel, which was a thoughtful touch, especially after coming in from the summer heat. It was a simple gesture, but it made us feel refreshed and well taken care of while waiting for our meal.

We also enjoyed the resort's 10% dining discount, along with their promotion of a free dessert or drink for a minimum single receipt of PHP1,500. We chose the complimentary chocolate cake, and it was a sweet ending to our meal.

Our Last Lunch at the Resort

After checking out, we had one more lunch at the resort. This time, we ordered:

· Boholanong Pinakbet – PHP395
· Sizzling Bangus – PHP755
· Beef Steak Tagalog – PHP730
· Plain Rice – PHP65
· Coconut Shake – PHP320
· Bellevue Garden Salad – PHP285 + Add-on Grilled Chicken – PHP100
· Halo-Halo – PHP340
· Mango Float Cheesecake – PHP220

Once again, we used the 10% dining discount together with the free dessert or drink voucher for spending at least PHP1,500. We selected the Brazo de Mercedes as our complimentary dessert.

To make our lunch even more memorable, the staff surprised my husband with a complimentary birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful way to celebrate his birthday during our stay.

Since we were a group of five, we found that the main dishes were generously portioned and perfect for sharing. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience at The Bellevue Bohol Resort. The food was satisfying, the servings were good for families or groups, and the dining perks made our meals even more worthwhile.
