Another good thing about this dish is you only need few ingredients like beef, calamansi juice, onion, soy sauce, pepper and oil. But with this dish, I add few tablespoon of evaporated milk to lighten the color. Sometimes I add sugar to make it sweet, my husband like the sweet version of Bistik Tagalog that is why he always orders this whenever we eat at Goldilocks.
