Rethink Your Drink

It’s been more than a year since I stopped buying powder juice after I’ve seen some photos like this in Pinterest “Rethink your Drink”.

Our family used to love ice tea powdered juice, actually my son still loves ice tea but of course, he is not the decision maker every time we go to the grocery. So instead of powdered juice, we are buying these juices because I feel that these are healthier than powdered juice. Del Monte Four Seasons or Pineapple Juice, Tipco Broccoli and Cranberry Juice and Citrus Farms Calamansi Concentrate.

How I wish I have a juicer so I can make my own healthy juice or smoothies?

  1. I've seen this girl's Science experiment in facebook. I was alarm. We stopped drinking powdered juice and tea. What we do is we blend our own drink. My kids love it.

  2. We also shifted to buying Harvey's natural juice which is my favorite, but they say the best really are the ones we make. Like you, I wish I have an easy to use juicer. :)

    1. I haven't tried Harvey's. Expensive kasi juicer.

  3. Yikes, scary naman yung board comparing sugar content in drinks. Well, no surprise there really! That's why as much as we can we opt to do juices fresh at home and not add sugar. If needed ng sugar, we use cocoa sugar.

  4. This is why I stopped drinking sugary drinks particularly sodas. I've been having a hard time breathing and even jog. Now, I've been under a water therapy for months now and I'm loving the results!

    1. I'm cutting on my soda's intake too so most of the time we don't order drinks when we eat out. Water is fine.

  5. I like Tipco's Spinach juice. :) I don't have a juicer at home too so I'm sticking with green smoothies for now.

  8. We have a juicer but I never use it. Lol nakakatamd kasi to cut the fruit up. And it's a pain to clean up. I like buying fresh orange and pineapple juice from S&R.
