I will share their Pho-losophy from what I’ve read on their menu. Pho Hoa's passion is to make a healthy and traditional Vietnamese pho using top-grade meat to create a healthier soup broth that is lower in calories and cholesterol. Their signature broth is paired with locally sourced vegetables, herbs, and spices.
Since Pho-Noodle soup is their signature dish, hindi ito nawawala sa order namin. They have big serving so kahit yung small lang order mo, ang hirap na rin ubusin. But my husband can finish the small size.
I checked my old post, it was funny because paulit-ulit lang pala yung order namin. 3 pa lang sa menu nila ang natry namin. My husband ordered Pho Chin, Nam with 4 Brisket, Flank Pho PHP295.
My son ordered Com Thit Nuong Cha Gio PHP315, this is grilled pork and fried rice paper rolls. Mukhang sunog yung lumpia pero hindi naman daw lasang sunog. My son finished this meal.
I ordered Com Tom Thit Nuong PHP355, this is grilled pork and marinated prawns with rice. Yey! Hindi na siya sunog so naubos ko na yung order ko. Hmmm! pwede na ko magtravel sa Vietnam, gusto ko na food nila. Hehehe!
We’re supposed to order dessert pa, namiss ko na kasi yung Mango Sticky Rice kaso busog na kami so maybe next time.
