Out of Space

I’m creating a post and uploading pictures and all of a sudden, I saw this notice

Whoops! You're out of space. You are currently using 100% of your 1 GB quota for photos. Upgrade storage

Photos are stored in your Picasa Web Albums account and are included in your 1 GB free quota for photos. Additional storage you purchase is shared between several Google products and is in addition to your free quota.

The only option I know is buying new storage which is $2.49 per month. It is quite steep for me. Any suggestions?

  1. Yes I read about it from another blogger that's why she switched to tumblr the only thing is tumblr is not user friendly unlike the conveniences here in blogger. Have you tried using photobucket?

    1. No, I haven't tried flicker or photobucket. I'm still looking for other option like resizing my photos. Flicker and Photobucket is also nice idea but I'm not used to it. =(

    2. I'm not sure if it will affect the storage capacity but worth a try. In my case photobucket is a bit hard job probably due to a poor broadband connection I need to upload a certain photo several times to my account. But photobucket has bigger storage than flickr. Flickr limits upload to 200 photos per month for a free account I don't know if it's irregardless of the size.

  2. happened to me today, so now I purchased the 2,49 dollar per month so that I can upload pictures or else I can't blog anymore. My blogs consist always of pictures. So it will be an expensive hobby:(

Try contacting Ish (http://theparadoxicleyline.blogspot.com). I remember reading an entry from his blog about encountering your same problem din. =)
